Deal Coordination: Lead end-to-end deal support from proposal
creation through contract execution, ensuring all stakeholders are
aligned and deadlines are met.
Pricing & Financial Analysis: Support development of pricing
models, cost estimates, and financial scenarios to ensure
commercial viability and margin goals.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure deals follow internal approval
processes, commercial policies, and risk guidelines; coordinate
with Legal on contract terms.
Sales Support: Partner with Sales to craft compelling proposals,
RFP responses, commercial constructs, and value propositions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery,
Solution Architects, Finance, and Product teams to gather inputs,
validate feasibility, and ensure operational readiness.
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate deal documentation,
manage CRM updates, and track deal progress, risks, and
dependencies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline deal
processes, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall sales
effectiveness.
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting on pipeline
health, deal cycle time, pricing trends, and approval bottlenecks.
