For one of our clients - а leading technology company offering

AI, and engineering for diverse sectors, we are looking for – Debt
Collection and Control
Agent with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).
*Managing customer accounts, ensuring timely debt collection via
calls (outbound/inbound)
and other methods;
*Regularly maintaining accurate records, performing account
reconciliations, and analyzing
payment behaviors;
*Tracking cash and debt targets to ensure they are met on a monthly
and quarterly basis;
*Ensuring internal rules and regulations are adhered to for all
collections and financial
processes;
*Conducting effective negotiations to resolve customer payment
issues and maintain
relationships;
*Implementing credit management strategies and corrective actions
as needed;
*Keeping ledgers clean, up-to-date, and accurately reconciled;
*Using analytical skills to monitor and address any discrepancies
in accounts.
