Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager – Release to join
our Global Delivery team. Full description of the position and

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and be responsible for deployment releases
spanning various settings for multiple engineering teams.
Define release schedules in collaboration with Scrum Masters, QA,
R&D, and DevOps, ensuring alignment with business
priorities.
Communicate release plans and status updates to partners, including
commercial teams, NOC, and Tech Ops.
Ensure compliance with change management and governance
processes.
Own and lead the delivery roadmap for systems engineering and
operations groups.
Assist in planning incoming requests and projects to the systems
engineering and operations team, streamlining delivery processes
wherever possible.
Lead kickoff and status meetings to communicate objectives,
deliverables, and expectations to development and operations
teams.
Develop weekly and monthly reports that provide a comprehensive
overview of ongoing and upcoming releases and projects for the
Infrastructure and DevOps teams.
See opportunities to improve release predictability, efficiency,
and quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including ways of
working, standards, and principles.
Requirements:
High proficiency in English, excellent oral and written
communication in English is required
2+ years of experience in software delivery management, release
management, or related roles.
Consistent record of leading sophisticated release cycles across
multiple environments and teams.
Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure
projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and
Agile methodologies.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with
Monday or Smartsheet is advantage.
Understanding of ITIL processes and change management
principles.
Proactive, detail-attentive individual; self-motivated, results
orienteteammateyer.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box
thinker.
Ability to communicate equally well with clients, managers, team
leaders, developers.
Ability to empower and drive colleagues towards success.
