Job Description


LDC is looking for a Transition Lead for its Shared Business Services (SBS) to join our growing SBS Transformation and Enablement team. This position is critical in the delivery of the growth strategy of the SBS organization.

The Transition Lead supports and coordinates all the activities related to the transition and migration of activities to all LDC SBS centers across the globe, from the transition methodology and training to readiness assessment, the definition of the migration roadmap and to the monitoring and delivery of the transition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate demand shaping for SBS services

  • Help shape & drive the cross-functional SBS vision, planning, roadmap/approach development and execution of scope expansion across the region, focusing on key priorities. 
  • Validate new activities for movement to SBS, working with a cross-functional team to evaluate and validate the business case.
  • Partner across SBS functions and teams to spearhead key activities relating to planning, execution, and deployment of new business within the SBS organization.
  • Coordinate effort across SBS leads & partners, focusing on end-to-end process integration, employee experience, value realization, change management, continuous improvement, communication, and a sustainable operating/end state model.

Implement standard transition methodology

  • Define standard transition methodology and ensure proper communications and training of SBS team members.
  • Ensure that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner, within budget and with the proper resource allocation.
  • Support all Change management initiatives to achieve efficiency during transitions.
  • Responsible and accountable for SLA adherence during the transition lifecycle.
  • Organize and animate all toll gates to formalize change of project phase, go live and end of hyper care.
  • Conduct regular meetings with all stakeholders to track and communicate the project's progress and seek alignment on changes to project scope.
  • Identify, escalate, manage, and mitigate project specific risk for activities under his/her scope.

Qualifications


Experience and Qualifications

  • Graduate, preferably with a business management degree 
  • Project Management Certification, preferably with PMP or equivalent 
  • 5 years of proven project management/ transition experience with about 1-3 years in large scale Business Transitions & Migrations  
  • Exposure to project management tools and technologies 
  • Familiarity with any of the major ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms (preferably SAP S/4 Hana) 
  • Strong program, project management skills and digital mindset/ skillset 
  • Experience in people management

Soft skills

  • Collaboration. Enable key stakeholders to collaborate effectively with each others toward a shared goal.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment and obtain buy-in for complex and strategic initiatives.?? 
  • Good presentation, communication skills and experience in engaging & presenting to senior executives regularly. 
  • Able to sell and present complex ideas,  
  • Passionate about building best in class processes 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fluid environment by taking quick decisions and working independently. 
  • Track record of problem-solving experience based on data analysis  
  • Fluent English is mandatory
