We are now on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Strategist to join our journey. Your role at a glance:

Core Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals such as ROAS and CTR.
Manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and A/B testing.
Conduct ongoing campaign performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

SEO Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO to enhance search engine visibility.
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and meta descriptions.

Performance Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Generate detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve ROI and KPI alignment.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and platform changes for Google and Meta Ads.

Innovation and Growth

Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and strategies to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.
Stay ahead of competitors by identifying and adopting innovative marketing practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO strategy and execution, with a proven track record of driving results.
Expertise in using Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies to optimize performance.
Proven ability to conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and content optimization to improve organic search visibility.
Experience managing advertising budgets effectively, with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and staying within budget limits.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of work while meeting deadlines.
