For one of our clients, an innovative and rapidly developing company in the customer
experience management sector, focused on creating meaningful customer journeys and
delivering excellent service for global clients, we are looking for – Digital Payments
Support Consultant with German or French (Remote).

Responsibilities

*Communicate with B2B clients via phone and written channels in a professional and
confident manner;
*Support business customers using a global online payments platform (digital transfers,
payments, account services);
*Resolve inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and platform features efficiently and accurately;
*Explain products and services clearly, helping clients get the most value from the platform;
*Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions or additional services when relevant;
*Build strong, long-term relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Previous experience in a customer support or BPO call center environment (mandatory);
*Sales experience is a plus, but not required;
*Strong B2B communication skills, both written and spoken;
*Fluency in German or French (C1 level) and English;
*Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex cases calmly;
*Good time management, organization skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
