For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Digital Review Analyst with Polish or French or Norwegian or Albanian.
*Review user-generated content and advertisements;
*Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines;
*Identify and remove content that violates platform standards;
*Make accurate and timely moderation decisions;
*Maintain high quality and productivity standards;
*Apply updated policies in your daily work;
*Collaborate with your team to improve processes and share best practices.
*Fluent in Polish, French, Norwegian, or Albanian;
*Good English skills (B2 or higher);
*Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking;
*Comfortable reviewing sensitive content;
*Available to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule;
*Eager to learn and adapt to new policies;
*Previous experience in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety is a plus.
