For one of our clients, a worldwide expert in business-to-business sales support, committed to
boosting growth and digital innovation through strategic planning, top-tier talent, and cutting-
edge tools, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Sales Strategy Specialist
with Italian or Dutch (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Design and implement smart sales strategies to boost revenue and client satisfaction;
*Build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to drive growth;
*Consistently hit sales goals and spot new opportunities in the marketing space;
*Connect with clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings;
*Take a consultative approach — understand client needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions;
* Guide clients through available options and turn their goals into clear, actionable plans.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Italian or Dutch, plus strong English skills — both written and spoken;
*Background in sales, customer service, or outsourcing, with a proven record of hitting targets;
*Confidence in using value-based selling techniques in a competitive market;
*Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
*Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations;
*Hands-on experience with CRM tools to manage leads and keep your pipeline flowing.
