What you'll be doing
- Work closely with business, digital, and technology teams to develop and improve digital solutions for corporate clients;
- Understand customer and business needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories;
- Analyze processes and customer journeys and contribute to making them simpler, more intuitive, and efficient;
- Collaborate with designers and software engineers throughout the delivery process;
- Support testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business and customer expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Interest in digital products, technology, and Agile ways of working;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams;
- Customer-oriented mindset and interest in creating simple and intuitive digital experiences;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to tasks;
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in digital product development;
- Previous exposure to digital projects, business analysis, product development, or technology is an advantage, but not required;
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
