For one of our clients – a business solutions provider that supports public and private sector
organizations in improving efficiency and delivering better customer experiences, we are
looking for – Dual-Language Support Specialist (French and Italian).

Отговорности

*Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and Italian;
*Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with communication services;
*Offer clear, accurate, and helpful information to clients in both languages;
*Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and find solutions;
*Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions;
*Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and timely resolutions.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in French and Italian (both spoken and written);
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is an advantage;
*Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle diverse customer needs;
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
*Knowledge of communication services and tools is a plus.
