For one of our clients a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for Email-Based Gaming Specialist with French or Italian or Spanish.
*Provide high-quality email support to gaming customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently;
*Maintain a positive and helpful tone while interacting with players, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
*Analyze and identify customer problems, escalating complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary;
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of player concerns and to improve the overall customer experience;
*Continuously update and maintain knowledge of gaming products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate support.
*Fluent in French, Italian or Spanish and very good English with excellent written communication skills in both languages;
*Strong interest in gaming and a good understanding of common gaming platforms and systems;
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
*Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry;
*Flexibility to work in different shifts, including day and later shifts, depending on the needs of the business.
