About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and curious Email & Outreach Manager to take ownership of our email and automation workflows and drive continuous improvement across our processes.
This is not just an execution role. We’re looking for someone who brings ideas, challenges the status quo, and helps build smarter, more efficient ways of working. If you enjoy combining hands-on mass email and messaging execution with process improvement and strategic thinking, this role is for you!

What We’re Looking For
· Fluent English (written & spoken)
· Previous experience in email campaigns, automation tools, and CRM
· Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and multiple tools
· Naturally curious, always looking for improvements, and proactive in your approach
· Enjoy solving problems
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
Working Hours
Availability required: Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm CET (full-time or part-time).
Remote or hybrid, depending on your location.
Compensation
Freelance position. Rate to be discussed based on experience.
