customer experience field. We are looking for positive, adaptable and analytically-minded
people for the role of Email Support Representative with German and English.

Отговорности

* Provide email support to clients across all levels;
* Address questions about the service and help resolve client issues;
* Guide clients through procedures and share in-depth product knowledge;
* Build trust and satisfaction with clients through professional support;
* Stay informed about competitors and financial market trends.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Strong communication skills in both German and English;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude;
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies;
* Analytical skills and the ability to work with and summarize data;
* Located, or willing to relocate to Plovdiv;
* Minimum 6 months of previous experience in customer service is a must.
