Your daily routine would include:
- Maintaining the quality of video services related to IPTV, SatelliteTV, Cable TV, OTT, etc.
- Planning, creating, and administering all systems related to the company's video services.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and making the necessary changes to improve services if necessary.
- Preventive detection and resolution of problems and quick decision-making to Performing analysis and technical adjustments to improve services.
- Mentoring and assisting in guiding junior engineers.
- Proactively participating in internal and external communication.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Higher education – Telecommunications, IT, or other similar specialty.
- 2 years of experience in a network/technical position.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the knack for setting priorities.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with telecommunication network technologies.
- Good knowledge related to IPTV, DVB-S, DVB-C, and OTT services.
- Skills in IP, Linux, and scripting.
- Good German language skills.
