For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced
sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for
– Entry-Level Medical Technical Assistant with Hebrew and English (Remote).

Отговорности

*Manage incoming calls and emails related to medical devices and services;
*Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting;
*Handle customer inquiries and forward complex cases when required;
*Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system;
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution;
*Deliver exceptional customer service.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Hebrew and very good English skills;
*Previous experience in customer support or a call center role is a plus;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide clear guidance;
*Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare technologies is an advantage;
*Proficiency in using customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
