About us

South East European Testing Board (SEETB) is in search for a new colleague to join the team. The job will cover mainly the responsibilities described below, but will also provide you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge in different areas

Responsibilities

Organization of company events and initiatives, including managing all aspects from planning to execution. This includes, but is not limited to:

Being the first point of contact for company events
Participating in the initial stages of setting event dates and locations, including conducting research and negotiating the best terms
Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients of the company
Actively researching and establishing contact with potential clients sponsors and participants
Presenting events at onsite and online meetings to potential clients sponsors and participants, worldwide
Actively promoting events during peak campaigns to help achieve budget targets
Preparing marketing strategies for events, including all campaigns and conditions and working closely with the design team to approve creatives for the campaigns
Keeping information up to date across online communication channels; posting news and relevant information regarding different campaigns
Distributing invitations, updates, and campaign information through various channels, including but not limited to email, mass mailing tools, LinkedIn, and phone
Researching and liaising with third parties related to events (speakers, streaming teams, photographers, print agencies, social event, etc.)
Being present onsite and coordinating entire events and all related processes
Preparing post-event reports
Performing other tasks related to the organizations activities and the status of partnerships with all clients

Requirements and necessary skills

What we look for in a candidate:
A proactive person, eager to learn;
Good command of English is a must, both written and spoken;
High-level organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
Client-focused and sales-oriented;
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skill;
Bachelors degree, preferably in BA, Marketing, etc.;
Ability to work under pressure;
