We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO for one of our clients – a leading company in the agricultural production and processing of grains and seeds.

The position is based in Sofia and offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, providing high-level executive and administrative support while ensuring effective coordination of business priorities, meetings, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient organization of daily activities and priorities
• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, business engagements, and internal commitments
• Act as a key point of coordination between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners
• Screen and prioritize incoming communication, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up
• Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials when required
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Arrange domestic and international business travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
• Support the preparation of meetings with partners, clients, and stakeholders
• Conduct background research and gather information to support business discussions and decision-making
• Ensure a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Assist in organizing business visits and hosting partners and guests of the company


Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to senior management, or in a similar role
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Experience in business correspondence and professional communication
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• University degree
• Excellent computer literacy – MS Office
