For one of our clients’ new project in the premium sportswear sector, we are looking for – Experienced Activewear Customer Care Specialist with Dutch or German or French or Spanish. The project is focused on delivering excellent customer support for a globally recognized active lifestyle brand.
 

Отговорности

*Be the voice of a globally recognized sportswear brand, delivering exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat;
*Guide customers through every stage of their shopping experience, from product recommendations and order assistance to after-sales support;
*Build positive customer relationships by understanding individual needs and providing tailored solutions;
*Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric approach;
*Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date information in internal systems;
*Contribute to a seamless and engaging customer journey while upholding the highest service quality standards.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Dutch, German, French, or Spanish, combined with a good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or a customer-facing environment;
*Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences;
*Ability to effectively manage multiple customer interactions across different communication channels;
*Confidence in working with digital tools and adapting quickly to new systems and technologies
*Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions;
*A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
