– Experienced Customer
Care Agent with German or French and English (Remote).
*Handle B2B customer communication through multiple channels,
including phone and
written correspondence;
*Provide professional support to clients using an international
online payments platform,
including digital transfers and payment-related services;
*Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to accounts,
transactions, and platform
functionality in a timely and accurate manner;
*Guide customers by delivering clear and reliable information about
products, features, and
available services;
*Recognize customer needs and suggest relevant solutions or
additional services when appropriate;
*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by building trust and
maintaining long-term
