For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for a Experienced Customer
Service Expert with German or French or Romanian or Spanish.

Responsibilities

*Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat;
*Conduct outbound calls, including cold calling, when required;
*Assist users with inquiries related to a financial platform;
*Support and manage customer interactions across social media channels;
*Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction;
*Document interactions and follow internal procedures and guidelines.

Requirements and necessary skills

*C1 level in German or French or Romanian or Spanish;
*B2 level in English;
*Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing role;
*Experience in phone, email, chat support, and cold calling;
*Familiarity with financial platforms or fintech services is an advantage;
*Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
