For one of our clients – a global company providing customer experience solutions for leading international brands – we are looking for a Experienced Social Media Support Specialist with German. The project is for a world-renowned technology company focused on healthcare and consumer products, where you will support customers via Social Media with pre-sales, post-sales, and technical inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Отговорности

*Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple channels, including tickets, phone, email, and social media platforms;
*Engage with customers on social media, responding professionally to inquiries, product-related questions, feedback, and concerns;
*Provide accurate troubleshooting and effective solutions for home appliances, coffee machines, and other household products;
*Guide customers through product features, usage, maintenance, and warranty-related processes;
*Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience;
*Stay up to date with product launches, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information and support.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluent German and good command of English;
*Previous experience in a BPO environment within Consumer Care, Customer Support, or Contact Center operations is mandatory;
*Proven experience supporting customers across multiple channels, including social media platforms, is highly preferred;
*Experience with consumer electronics, home appliances, or technical products is considered an advantage;
*Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
*Customer-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally;
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
