Expert in Planning

 

Your role will be:

As a Performance Management & Planning Expert, you will play a key role in the bank's financial planning, performance measurement, and management reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include:
•Supporting the annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
•Preparing and analyzing management reports on the bank’s financial performance, business development, and market position.
•Monitoring and interpreting key financial and business performance indicators.
•Investigating performance deviations against plans and targets and identifying the underlying drivers.
•Analyzing historical and forecast trends across products, customer segments, and business lines.
•Contributing to the development of profitability measurement methodologies for products, services, and customer segments.
•Preparing presentations and analytical materials for senior management, Board Committees, and Group stakeholders.
•Developing ad-hoc analyses and insights to support decision-making.





You are the right candidate if:

•University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
•Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), experience with databases is a plus
•Very good computer competences – MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI);
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
