On their behalf, we are looking for a bright and motivated professional to join their expanding Finance and Administration team on the position of:

Finance clerk

Responsibilities

• Support the finance department by carrying out the daily tasks and facilitate the duties of the finance and administrative director.
• Communication with external accounting company BDO regarding on-going accounting process in the company
• Create purchase orders in SAP for goods and services.
• Banking – initiate outgoing payments in the electronic bank system and by exception on paper.
• Monitor of account receivables outstanding – weekly reports to commercial team.
• Prepare internal documents – ex. Business Trip Orders, Advance Provision Protocols, Protocols for fixed assets, etc.
• Responsible for the administration of finance related tickets in the group tool and follow up the status of all tickets in the affiliate.
• Prepare report and/or presentations with finance information upon request.

Requirements and necessary skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluent in English and in Bulgarian (written & spoken) is a must.
• Computer literacy – MS Office, high level of proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• SAP experience is considered as serious advantage.
• Experience in the field of accounting, controlling or audit will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Bulgarian accounting and labor and social security regulations.
• Knowledge in IFRS, tax legislation will be an advantage.
• Flexibility: ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to process large quantities of data such as to identify and summarize most relevant items.
• Communicative and open-minded, constructive, well-organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, responsible, accountable.
