Responsibilities

- Organize and control accounts payable
- Enter expenses in the accounting system
- make payments
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Organize accounting through spreadsheets
- Bank reconciliation, organize documents.
- Administrative routines

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office
