Financial Client Services Specialist with German

In this role, you will assist clients with opening new accounts, managing account balances, and processing transactions. You will educate clients about the company’s diverse financial products and services, including shares, cryptocurrencies, commodities, stock indices, and forex. Additionally, you will ensure that all client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Experience:

Essential skills:

- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service or financial services;
- Strong interest in industry products such as shares, stock indices, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and more;
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluent in both English (C1) and German (C1).
