On behalf of one of our client, we are currently looking for
Financial controller to join their team.
•Under the guidance and supervision of the CFO responsible for
Companies budgeting and forecasting, including preparation of the
Group consolidated budgets;
•Support the accounting team during the monthly, quarterly and
annual closing;
•Responsible for cost reports and financial forecasts, actual vs
budget reports, based on the Company’s reporting schedules;
•Analysing the companies within the group on a regular basis;
•Actively participating during the annual audits by cooperating
with the external auditors under the supervision of the CFO;
•Implement financial policies and procedures with the companies and
proposing amendments wherever needed;
•Identify of potential major financial risks and suggestions for
ways to mitigate them;
•Under the guidance and supervision of the CFO establishing,
participating in monitoring and enforcing all internal controls and
procedures, including over accounting, finances and payments;
•Other ad-hoc reporting and tasks, for example: critical analysis
of the accounting books and statutory reporting (in terms of their
comparison to Management reporting), including consolidated
accounts; reconciling account balances/transactions; monitoring the
accuracy/efficiency of the accounting department and objectively
reporting on its performance; contributing to decisions regarding
financial strategy.
