Your daily routine would include:
- Business partnering - Provide consultancy in relation to financial matters and explain impact from business decisions on operational and financial KPIs; Provide deep dive analysis on key topics influencing company top line financial results.
- Cost control function - Responsible for cost control activities, including reviewing and approving expenses.
- Provide end-to-end controlling support, including strategy planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Drive cross company alignment and consolidation of planning and reporting data.
- Set up, enhance and maintain controlling processes (roles, tasks, KPIs) to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.
- Report on a monthly base, involving key financial and non-financial indicators, deep-dive on main deviations vs plan and prior year.
- Prepare presentations and ad hoc reports to support management with actionable economic insights.
- Develop business cases and subsequent follow-ups, evaluate profitability and prepare relevant documentation to support management decisions.
- Work in multinational teams to achieve compliance with deadlines.
- Manage the allocation and verification of the annual budget across cost centers.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling or a related finance function.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Result oriented approach, positive attitude, strong motivation to develop.
- Ability to work in agile work environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP (CO, FI) and BI tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, good command of German is an advantage.
