For our client, an international organization currently strengthening its presence in Bulgaria, we are searching for an experienced Financial General Manager who will oversee financial governance, administrative operations and overall organizational efficiency.

This role requires a leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building structured financial processes while supporting the company’s growth strategy in the local market.

The Financial GM will act as a key partner to executive leadership, ensuring financial transparency, operational discipline and sustainable business development.

Отговорности

Financial Management

• Full responsibility for financial planning and governance of the Bulgarian organization
• Cash flow management, treasury coordination and financial forecasting
• Budgeting, reporting and financial performance monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Administration & Organizational Management

• Oversight of accounting processes and coordination with accounting teams
• Establishing efficient administrative and operational procedures
• Implementation of transparent reporting and financial control systems
• Ensuring coordination between finance, administration and operational functions

Strategic Business Support

• Supporting management in business planning and strategic decision making
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency
• Supporting business growth and market positioning

Sales Support (Optional)

• Supporting commercial initiatives and business development activities
• Working with sales teams to ensure financially sustainable growth

 

 

 

Изисквания и необходими умения

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar commercial education
• Several years of leadership experience in finance or management roles
• High level of integrity and reliability

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in finance, administration or general management
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, treasury and financial planning
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with financial discipline
• Experience in international or multinational environments
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership capabilities

Languages

• German or English – fluent
