Role Overview:

The role of Fixed-Mobile Convergency Specialist will actively contribute to the creation and execution of the FMC (fixed-mobile convergence) strategy and will be responsible for the profitable expansion and growth of the FMC product line in the company for both residential and business segments. Fixed-Mobile Convergency Specialist will lead the creation, introduction, and continuous improvement of the business processes related to the fixed portfolio propositions, Yettel TV and Home Internet, to ensure excellent customer experience and maximized value to end customers. Further, FMC specialist will lead and participate in different projects related to the product portfolio expansion and will take part in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that promote and drive growth.


Your responsibilities will be:

Contribution to long-term FMC strategy for achievement of marketing objectives and developing product propositions for all segments, that drive growth and provide added value to customers.
Assist in the design and set up of effective go-to-market strategies, understanding of customer needs, and creation of customer journeys for the different products, services, and campaigns
Ensure excellent customer experience with FMC products
Regular improvement of existing processes and product capabilities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with different units in the company: Sales channels, Customer Service, Technology area, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Project management or project participation both within the company and cross-country projects
Participate in discussions with external Partners and Suppliers.
Lead or contribute to the preparation of Business Cases, Project plans, FMC Roadmap
Support the Day-to-day operational activities

Изисквания и необходими умения

We expect from you:

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy, or Telecommunications
Experience with Product development, Marketing, or Customer Service areas
Project management experience with medium to high-complexity projects
Experience in any of the domains would be considered an advantage: Telecom industry, Service providers or System integrators, Financial institutions, FinTech sector.
Experience with analysis and improvement of business support processes
Ability to define clear business requirements and communicate those requirements to technical units in order to find solutions for realization.
Analytical and strategic thinking
Strong communication & presentation skills
Excellent skills with MS Office.
Fluency in English
Results-oriented with a proven ability to drive change via building and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed both short- and long-term business objectives
Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
