For one of our clients - a leading European FMCG brand, known for innovation and a strong international presence, we are on a lookout for confident and proactive candidates for the role - FMCG Area Sales Expert.
*Drive monthly sales targets across assigned stores through smart, creative selling initiatives;
*Monitor local market trends and use insights to plan effective actions;
*Support client growth by designing and executing in-store promotions;
*Optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize impact and ROI;
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, proactive communication;
*Support the sales team with merchandising execution and in-store excellence.
*1–2 years of experience in a similar FMCG sales role;
*Proven success in FMCG sales with strong merchandising skills;
*Intermediate English level; fluent in Bulgarian;
*Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel;
*Strong communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset;
*Willingness to travel regularly; valid driving license required.
