We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Front Office Host to support our digitally managed hotel. This hybrid role combines guest reception duties with beverage and breakfast service in the guest lounge, which shares space with the hotel’s restaurant.
As part of the team, you will:
Provide warm, personal service to all guests;
Guide guests through the digital check-in/check-out process;
Coordinate with hotel staff for smooth daily operations;
Assist with breakfast service and serve drinks and light meals during the day.
This role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or F&B experience who thrive in a digital, guest-facing environment and enjoy delivering both operational excellence and heartfelt service.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Guest Experience
Welcome and assist guests during digital check-in/check-out;
Ensure rooms reflect guest booking details and preferences;
Monitor in-house and arriving guests, including special requests and VIPs;
Coordinate with housekeeping for timely room readiness;
Process payments for extra services (upgrades, late check-out, etc.);
Monitor digital systems and guest communications to resolve issues proactively;
Provide basic concierge support and coordinate with back-office staff.
Breakfast & Lounge Service
Prepare and monitor hotel breakfast (buffet or à la carte);
Assist guests with special dietary needs during breakfast;
Serve drinks and light meals throughout the day in the lounge or restaurant;
Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in the guest lounge;
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
