* Supporting customers via chat or phone and handling
inquiries;
* Taking calls from potential customers and offering information on
wide range of products;
* Maintaining and updating knowledge on products and services
offered;
* Logging notes on each case and keeping notes updated;
* Striving towards customer satisfaction by offering accurate
information and timey response;
* Helping other colleagues and maintaining good work atmosphere.
