for friendly, analytical and team-oriented people for the role of Gaming Support Specialist with German.

Отговорности

* Provide a high-quality service and happy experiences for the customers;
* Communicate via inbound calls, live chats, emails, and social media inquiries;
* Address any questions or issues from customers;
* Ensure that the correct information and timely solutions are offered every time;
* Represent the company and product brand in the required manner.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken);
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team-player attitude;
* Organized, analytically-minded and good at problem-solving;
* Good typing and computer skills (MS Office);
* Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a must;
* A passion for sports and e-gaming is a plus.
