For one of our clients – a leading company offering top quality e-payment services and products. We are looking for motivated professional individuals for the role of a GTM Operations Analyst.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the successful roll out of new product and features to the cross-functional Operational teams;
• Evaluate existing Operational processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement;
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between internal departments involved for a new product launch;
• Using agile methodology to track initiative launch progress;
• Take part in Operational backlog review and commitment ceremonies to align and plan out key priorities;
• Follow standard GTM process and procedure;
• Identify, report and feedback any product defects that are not suitable for GTM launch.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements and must-have qualifications:
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar GTM role or Product Manager role;
• A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics;
• Working knowledge of REST, XML, JAVA and SOAP;
• Experience with coding HTML and CSS;
• Knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript;
• Experience with Atlassian products. JIRA, Trello and Confluence and RESTful APIs;
• Good commanding of Postman Platform;
• Proficiency with Windows and iOS Operating Platforms;
• Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce;
• Experience in a FinTech or Finance Service’s company an asset.
