For one of our clients - a company providing professional BPO services worldwide since 2014, connecting clients with local talent to ensure seamless communication and successful entry into the European market, we are looking for – Guest Support Specialist with Danish (Remote).
*Handle guest calls, bookings, and general inquiries;
*Assist guests in choosing the right vacation home;
*Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations;
*Support guests with pre-arrival and check-in questions;
*Resolve issues during stay and handle post-stay concerns;
*Deliver excellent service while driving sales and conversions.
*Fluent in Danish and good English (B2+);
*Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills;
*Friendly, solution-oriented, and persuasive approach;
*Able to handle issues efficiently and independently;
*Goal-driven with a focus on results and customer satisfaction;
*Experience in hospitality, travel, or customer support is a plus.
