are opening their new shared service center in Bulgaria and we are
looking for a strategic and analytical professional to join their
team in the role of:
Head of Process Improvement
• Leads and executes process improvement initiatives using Lean,
Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies;
• Analyzes operations to identify inefficiencies and develops
scalable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional
teams;
• Defines key performance indicators (KPIs), tracks improvements,
and ensures alignment with organizational goals;
• Conducts root cause analyses and implements corrective and
preventive actions to resolve systemic issues;
• Promotes a culture of operational excellence by training teams,
managing multiple projects, and reporting progress to senior
leadership.
