The HR Admin Specialist is a part of HR Services team, that provides high level administrative support and excellent service to the respective Sensata locations, incl. HRBPs, managers and employees. The HR Admin Specialist takes part in improvement projects, provides guidance and support to HR admin team members. Performs monthly checks to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

General Responsibilities
Supports employees on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures
Collaborate with departmental managers to assess employment needs, and participate in recruiting efforts to identify, interview, hire and train qualified candidates
Coordinate and update organization charts, employee files, employee information and locate/distribute any documents as needed
Familiarity with employment, state, federal and local regulations

Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

- Leads his/her own job, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of HR administration in Europe
- Responsible for the timely delivery of HR related administrative tasks e.g. creating legal documents, keeping HR systems up-to-date (Workday and T&A systems), creating reports
- Coordinates onboarding and termination actions
- Responsible for creation of purchase orders in Oracle and follow-up on invoice accuracy
- First point of contact to employees for HR Admin related questions
- Leads the communication to all stakeholders of HR processes in scope to ensure the smooth delivery of the service and solving of the open issues and improvement implementation
- Participates in respective projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of HR systems (Workday, T&A systems)
- Tracks and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Above 2 years of working experience in the support functions in the international companies preferably with Shared Services concept implemented.
 Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation.
 Knowledge and understanding of HR Systems, e.g., SAP/Workday/PeopleSoft is preferred.
