Astrea Recruitment is looking for a motivated HR Administration Assistant to join our team on-site for a full-time, fixed-term assignment.
This role is ideal for someone with basic HR or administrative experience who enjoys working with people, organizing processes, and supporting employee onboarding.
• Contact candidates who have already accepted job offers via phone and email
• Organize and coordinate meetings for contract signing
• Collect the required information and documentation from new employees
• Assist with preparing and maintaining employees’ personal files
• Enter and maintain employee data in the our system
• Provide administrative support to the HR team during the onboarding process
• Previous HR or administrative experience is considered an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Full-time, on-site position in a dynamic and supportive environment
• 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension to 6 months
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance and business needs
