Job Description

With a strong presence in Bulgaria, we are committed to sustainable, responsible, and innovative agriculture practices. Our success is built upon a foundation of talented individuals, and we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
  • Assists in local, regional and global HR payments for EMEA countries - BG, France, Switzerland
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Assist with organizing HR internal and external events - training, employer branding, wellbeing, ad hoc HR projects & initiatives etc.
  • Assisst in preparation of internal and external communication - HR Newsletter, screens, flyers, posters ect.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English - both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Technologically savvy
