company, we are looking for an experienced and loyal professional
to join their team in the role of
HR BUSINESS PARTNER
This people-focused role will be responsible for the HR strategies
and providing sound advice to senior management on all related
subjects, while ensuring that all human resources (HR) operations
and recruitment projects are carried on smoothly and
effectively.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and control the operations and work activities of
the team, providing operational guidelines and directions;
Own and manage the full-cycle of recruiting process and working
closely with the department managers;
Maintain relationship with stakeholders and acts as a business
partner with managers, supervisors, and employees on employment
issues;
Help create a positive work environment and improve employee
satisfaction, motivation and overall well-being;
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups
and job sites, social channels and other sources;
Maintain and monitor internal HR documents as contracts, addendums,
paid leaves, basic inquiries, communication with the external
payroll provider, etc. (working with external partners);
Responsible for pre-interview screening, acting as the liaison
between hiring manager and candidate;
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods
to filter candidates;
Present and provide feedback to both hiring managers and
candidates;
Send job offers and help with the onboarding process of new
employees.
Requirements:
At least 3+ years of HR background on a same position with proven
hands-on experience;
Proactive about identifying hiring needs, has strong social and
interpersonal skills and successfully completes goals against
timelines;
Personable with strong communication and relationship building
capabilities across all levels of the business;
Excellent time management skills;
Ability to work under pressure, deliver results within strict
deadlines, solid work ethics;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Excellent level of English written and spoken;
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel).
