· Responsible for the onboarding process of new hires.

· Manage internal communication regarding employee updates and engagement.

· Maintain social benefits documentation.

· Plan and execute all corporate events and initiatives according to requirements and objectives.

· Deal with employees’ inquiries and complaints.

· Support the C-level management and all internal and external HR related requests.

Изисквания и необходими умения

· Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or relevant role.
· Highly responsible person with strong attention to detail and great organizational and time management skills.
· Proactive, loyal, and solution-oriented person with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
· Communicative, open, and enjoy being in favor of the others.
· Excellent computer literacy, proficient with MS Office applications.
· High command of English language is a must.
