For one of our clients – a well-established company offering a wide variety of products and
services. We are on a search for experienced, organized and capable individuals for the role
of HR Expert.

Отговорности

* Serving as a point of contact for employee relations issues, managing requests and
handling and updating employees's files and systems;
* Creating regular HR reports, maintaining the HR mailbox and supporting managers with
other HR processes;
* Issuing and completing documents requested by employees and administering benefits;
* Supporting the monthly payroll process locally and internationally to ensure timely payment;
* Administering new hire processes, changes in labour contracts, and termination
procedures, including related documentation such as reassignments and annexes;
* Providing support for HR external and internal audit requests, collaborating with third-party
vendors and taking part in local and global HR projects;
* Preparing documents regarding legal changes, internal orders, and regulations;
* Ensuring compliance with Bulgarian Labor Legislation Requirements.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role;
* Previous experience with HR systems (Omeks, Hermes, Aladin, Workday);
* Strong grasp on of Bulgarian legislation and labor laws pertaining to successful
administrative processing;
* Communicative and flexible, able to adapt to a dynamic work environment;
* Skilled multitasker, able to organize and meet set deadlines.
