We are excitedly looking for a positive, inquisitive HR Generalist, who loves streamlining processes and problem-solving. Someone who will ensure that HR functions efficiently and smoothly as directed.


-Supporting the recruitment process, participating in the interview process
-Coordinating the onboarding of new employees
-Assisting with training new hires when necessary
-Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
-Identifying ways to improve policies and procedures
-Organizing employee engagement activities and events
-Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolving issues and problems
-Managing employee communication of relevant news
-Helping with compliance reporting and performance appraisals
-Managing employee wellness plans as well as employee perks
-Supporting HR team and Payroll with compensation & benefits administration

Изисквания и необходими умения

-Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, economics or related (essential).
-2 + years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
-Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
-Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
-Excellent record-keeping skills.
-Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
-Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
-Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
-Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
-Meticulous attention to detail
