HR Operations Business partner
Responsibilities:
o Support end-to-end payroll process;
o Responsible for employee administration process;
o Leading the company's salary review process and compensation policy;
o Responsible for monthly HR reports and KPI analysis and tracking;
o Support the HR budgeting process and it's follow up;
o Provide compensation research and survey analysis;
o Point of contact with external HR service providers;
o Develop, implement, monitor and follow up on the optimization of HR procedures and processes;
o Compensation & Benefits responsibility for the site;
o Participate in various global and local projects;
o Experienced in working with summarized working time schedule;
o Good knowledge of regulations such as Labor Code, Social Security Code, etc.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other relevant field (Master's degree will be considered an advantage);
o 5 years of experience in HR field (Employee admistration and Comp&ben experience will be considered a strong advantage);
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
o Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French language is a strong advantage;
o Strong communication skills;
o Ability to motivate others;
o Strong planning and organizational skills;
o Results-oriented approach to work;
o Strong project management skills.
