Take the reins on employee experience projects from concept to
completion;
Dream up and deliver team-building activities, company gatherings,

Collaborate with the HR Manager to design communication strategies
that keep employees engaged, informed, and aligned with company
goals;
Supercharge recognition programs with meaningful ideas – from
public shoutouts to creative rewards that genuinely make a
difference;
Enhance internal and external communication channels to spotlight
wins, showcase culture, and strengthen the company’s reputation as

You’ll Crush This Role If You Are:
Are experienced in a similar role for at least 3 years, with a
proven track record of success in employee experience, culture, or
related fields;
Are an excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas,
inspire action, and connect with diverse teams;
Have a good command of English – written and spoken;
Have excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines,
attention to detail, and precision in the implementation of
assigned tasks;
A creative visionary with a passion for building culture and a
genuine care for people.
