For one of our clients - a multinational company specializing in the production and
distribution of various drinks worldwide, we are looking for – HR Support Specialist with
German and English (Hybrid).

Отговорности

*Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, delivering fast, friendly, and
high-quality support;
*Resolve requests efficiently using HR systems, knowledge tools, and self-service platforms,
escalating complex cases when needed;
*Manage key employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding and role transitions to
offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience;
*Keep employee and organizational data accurate and up to date across HR systems;
*Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams to help new hires feel welcomed and
supported from day one;
*Play an active role in improving HR processes and contributing to automation and system
enhancement initiatives.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Qualifications:
*Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or an HR administrative role;
*University degree or equivalent qualification;
*Strong German and English skills (B2–C1 level) – both written and spoken;
*Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills;
*High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with care;
*Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and collaborate effectively across teams.
