This internship provides hands-on experience supporting recruitment and HR operations within a manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with the team to support hiring for production roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. You’ll also get involved in local hiring campaigns and on-site recruitment initiatives, gaining exposure to how HR partners with the business in a fast-paced, operational setting. This is a great opportunity to build foundational HR skills while contributing to real, day-to-day work.
Recruitment & HR operations (Manufacturing Site)
- Support recruitment activities for production roles at the manufacturing site
- Assist in candidate sourcing through local channels (job boards, referrals, campaigns, walk-ins)
- Screen applications and support shortlisting based on defined criteria
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate information in HR systems
- Support onboarding preparation and first-day activities for new hires
- Participate in day-to-day HR activities and employee interactions on site
Local Recruitment campaigns & Employee interaction
- Support local hiring campaigns targeting production roles
- Assist in preparing job postings tailored to production roles
- Participate in on-site recruitment initiatives (career events, open days, referrals)
- Contribute to improving candidate experience and engagement at site level
What we’re looking for required qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bulgarian
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to work on-site in a dynamic environment
Gross Annual Salary Range:
7,442.00 EUR - 9,824.10 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
Starting Salary
The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
