THE CROWN IS YOURS
As an iGaming Support Specialist, you will join our second line escalation team with a focus on Casino and DraftKings’ non-sports lines of business. You will be creating engaging content for our casino customers with a focus on promotional execution and will continuously seek to optimize the DraftKings and Golden Nugget casino player experience by working closely with a variety of teams and stakeholders to make this happen. Our company is agile and values transparency, autonomy, work ethic, collaboration, and an appetite to learn.


WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN IGAMING SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Support the iGaming Promotions team in triaging and resolving second-line promotion related customer issues while working closely with the Customer Experience and Casino Promotions Ops teams.
Become an expert with using our internal marketing and bonus tools - always looking to optimize processes and tools to enable flawless execution across multiple apps and states.
Partner with the Customer Experience (CX) Team daily to help proactively diagnose and solve promotions related questions from our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
At least 1 year of online gaming or relevant online B2C experience.
Experience with digital marketing operation tools and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and master new tools.
High attention to detail and quality of work that is delivered.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on nights and weekends.
The ability to become licensed through applicable regulatory agencies.
