For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the worlds largest network of tech centers, we are looking for Insurance Services Specialist with German (Fully Remote).
*Be the first point of contact for insurance clients in a fully telephone-based role;
*Handle premium and payment enquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism;
*Keep customer interactions and follow-up actions accurately updated in the CRM;
*Support back-office tasks, including document checks and data verification;
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution;
*Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience from the first call to resolution.
*C1 German and good English confident in both written and spoken communication;
*Experience in insurance, customer service, administration, or a similar environment;
*Excellent communication skills and a natural customer-first mindset;
*Strong attention to detail when working with documents, data, and CRM systems;
*Comfortable working with numbers, payments, and account information;
*Organized, proactive, and eager to learn Swiss insurance processes and terminology.
