As an Intern in the Card Monitoring and Dispute Payments Unit, you will have the opportunity to work on real business cases related to card transaction disputes, learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable analytical and professional skills.
Your main responsibilities:
• Support the daily activities of the department
• Assist in reviewing and responding to card transaction complaints and disputes
• Prepare reports and analyses related to the team’s activities
We are looking for someone who has:
• Analytical mindset and team spirit
• Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Motivation to work in a dynamic and supportive environment
• Interest in the fields of economics, card business and corporate finance, as well as relevant higher education (bachelor’s degree or currently in progress)
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good command of English
